My training and experience in dramaturgy infuses all my work, whether as a dramaturg, writer, teacher, director, creator, producer, or organizational leader. Dramaturgy is a way of seeing the world, the interplay of text and context in creating meaning, the why we do what we do. And for me, it's deeply rooted in my values: curiosity, collaboration, community, and widening the welcome.
